Bont en Blij - Rie Cramer

This cute vintage picture book was illustrated by Rie Cramer. I have several books by her in my collection and they are all beautiful. I bought this one for 50 cents, love it!

First grade reading

I bought these books at a flea market knowing these were the ones I learned to read with. I wish I remembered the illustrations, they look great!

The first words I learned to read! I can still remember they were written down on the blackboard.
