I bought this wonderful treasure, vintage magazines from 1926. 'Jong Nederland' A weekly for Dutch boys and girls. Colourful covers with beautiful illustrations which show a different style from week to week.

Mini Panorama

A small size magazine called 'Mini Panorama'. This is a vintage special edition of full size Panorama, which is a Dutch magazine. It was very popular in the seventies and eighties. Articles were often about crimes, sports and showed pinups. Needless to say it is a men's magazine.

Ian Wright - Portraits

Ian Wright makes 'pixel portraits' using different kinds of materials: pieces of paper, buttons, or pins. He creates his collages for corporate use as well.

Big letters

I'm always on the look out for big letters, letters signs, especially vintage ones. Hard to find, or extremely expensive... I was happy to come across these letters, they're about 20 centimeters high.

In case you hadn't guessed yet, they're from the Diesel logo.

The mirror has two faces - Spijkers & Spijkers

During the fashion biennale in Arnhem I saw an exhibition by design duo Spijkers & Spijkers, two sisters from the Netherlands, a celebration of their 10th anniversary. I was especially interested the styling of the exhibition and the view behind the scenes.
